Tours of Killruddery House

PLEASE NOTE THE HOUSE AND GARDENS ARE CLOSED ON FRIDAY 18TH, SATURDAY 19TH AND SUNDAY 20TH AUGUST FOR GROOVE FESTIVAL.

 

During August we are daily house for tours at 1pm, 2pm & 3pm.

To book a private tour or group tour of the house please contact us.

There will be no house tours on Wednesday 9th of August, Saturday 19th, Sunday 20th, and Friday 1st of September.

On Sunday 6th August are house tours at 1pm and 2pm. The tour at 3pm is unvailable due to the performance of Yeats’ Women in the Orangery.

 

Your guide will lead you through the beautiful formal room of the house. Illuminating its history and that of the family who have lived here for nearly 400 years.

Please be aware that house tours may not be suitable for very young children and it may not be possible for you to bring a buggy through the house.

For patrons with mobility issues and wheel chair users we are happy to facilitate you, please just let the staff at entrance know of your needs.

Garden Entrance Children under 12 €2.00 and children under 4 are free. (All children must be accompanied by an adult)

Children’s Tour

Every Saturday at noon we run a specially crafted house tour for children who have an interest in history. We recommend it for children aged 7 to 12 years. For children Garden Entrance and the Tour is €4.50, for the adults accompanying them it is €10 for the tour and garden entrance, for Killruddery Members and the children with them is €2.50.
