With food by Monique McQuaid of GastroMonique (www.gastromonique.com) guests will be greeted by waiters offering Prosecco and canapés before a maximum of 50 ticket holders sit down to a three course dinner using fresh ingredients grown or farmed at the 1,200 acre Killruddery estate. Local artisan produce will also be showcased.Monique said: “ The wonder of the very first pop up restaurant at Killruddery is that while you don’t know in advance exactly what’s on the menu you know it will be a treat. That element of culinary surprise coupled with a location that’s one of the most beautiful in Ireland, will make this an evening not to forget. This will be a terrific night out for foodies or indeed for anyone with a sense of adventure – what a great way to spend a Thursday evening. ”
